OFF TO A GOOD START - A West Island boater was the first to break the morning flat calm at sunrise - Friday, October 7, 2016 at 647AM. The island temperature was 53.7 and the ocean was 63.5 degrees. The wind almost flat calm, last read at 4MPH out of the northwest. The humidity was 89% - which is always damp this time of the morning, and season.
